In times gone by it had a totally different form.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Essential were the soap lather in a small basin with hot water and the large towel tied around the client\u2019s neck. Set out neatly on the piece of furniture with shelves and a large mirror were a series of razors, scissors, combs, brushes, bottles of eau de cologne, and so on.
